What do I need to send you to start?
- First we need to chat on the phone, so I call you. I don't like to have you fill out a questionnaire, but rather speak to you live in person to get the whole picture of what your looking for in your new website. In that conversation I will ask you a few questions regarding your ideas for your site, I will then give you my suggestions and we start your site creation process.
How long will my site take to get up and running?
- I can have a site running in 24 hrs! This all depends on you and how fast you send me everything I need. Such as photos, text, links, etc. Everything that you want on your site needs to be sent to me via email.
What are META Tags and why do I need them?
- Meta tags are search engine helpers. They hold your site content & keywords in them for the search engine robots to scan. With these meta tags you get listed into search engines such as google, yahoo, dogpile, and more.
When I type in my breed, will my site pop up?
- It depends. If you just purchase your basic site package and no search engine promotion help or link exchanges then its not likely to happen soon. There are several different paid advertisement ways to get your site in the top results. However if you are in no rush often we can work on a much less expensive way to get you in the top results for your desired keywords. But please keep in mind there are many many many of thousands of sites in your same field that are all fighting for the first page results. However, view our track record for our current clients site placements. That speaks for itself as to our capabilities of achieving cost effective traffic for your site.
How can I get my site to show up when someone types in my breed?
- There are paid advertisement services that can get your site on most results. However this is not the most cost efficient method. I offer promotional packages that get you good results that stick.
Why are Links pages important?
- Many small affordable webdesigners don't even understand themselves why links
are so important. The importance of links is what we call Reciprocal Links or Linking. This is the most cost effective way of advertising. I will go into full detail with you during our first design consultation. I believe so much in the results of link exchanges that I give each one of my package a free links page to exchange links with other sites on.
What can I do to increase traffic to my site?
- LINKS LINKS LINKS LINKS! I cannot stress enough the value of swapping links with as many related sites as possible with certain criteria. Ask me for more details.
Can I edit my own site?
- It depends on which package you get. You have two options a SELF SERVED package which means I build it and you maintain it. SELF SERVED sites have a hosting fee of 12.99 a month and a 1 time $20.00 set up fee. Or a FULL SERVICE site which means I build it and maintain it for you.
